Purchases
Orders for goods can only be excepted after full payment has been made including any clearance time for cheques and/or Bankers Drafts, payments made by card will only be delivered to the card holders address.
Returns
Our 30-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact, clothing must have labels attached) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 30 days unless they are faulty.
If you wish to return goods you have a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until you return them. Please telephone Heathwood Studios if you would like to return your order, and we will send you pre-paid labels so that you can return them for free. Goods must be returned in their original condition, including immediate packaging, within the cooling off period
Faulty Items
The procedures, set out here, to cancel an order or return an item do not affect your right to reject faulty goods. Further information can be found at www.consumerdirect.gov.uk. If you do receive a faulty item, please notify Heathwood Studios within 7 days.
Exclusions
Please note certain items cannot be returned, unless Heathwood Studios is at fault. These are personalised or engraved items and pierced jewellery.
Returning a gift
Cash refunds for gifts can only be made to the payment card used to purchase the goods. So if you buy a gift online, the recipient will not be able to get a cash refund if they want to return the goods. |
